When you book your spa or wellness appointment, please discuss your preferences for gentle, moderate or deep massage and any special needs or considerations you might have with our reservationist. Whether it is the room temperature, music volume, or the level of massage pressure, please communicate with the therapist so that he or she can make any necessary adjustments, to make your time with us an exceptional experience.
Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. However, we would like to note that all of our therapists are professionally trained and will offer you the highest standard of service with continuous consideration for your comfort level.
Our staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff member, or added on to your credit card after treatment. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from a 15-20% gratuity. Feel free to ask our spa and wellness reservationist for suggested guidelines or recommendations on tipping.
Aloha Spa & Wellness accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
We recommend booking your appointment for spa and wellness services online or by phone in advance. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For all treatments, please be prepared for your therapist to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late, please let our reservationist know so our staff member can wait for you. Unfortunately, being late will cut into the length of your treatment time, as your treatment must end as scheduled in order for our next appointment to begin on time. It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol at least eight hours prior to any service with us.
Undergarments are optional during massage therapies. It is customary to disrobe completely, but please only undress to your individual comfort level. Be assured that our staff will appropriately drape you using sheets or towels for privacy at all times. For sessions involving Thai, Acupuncture and Private Yoga, we recommend yoga or loose-fitted clothing, unless otherwise instructed by your therapist.
To cancel or change an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment to avoid a cancelation fee. Canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice and no shows are charged 100% of booked services. *Same day bookings are subject to the same fees.
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount online or through our reservationist and may be used at any time. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes and teachers are subject to change. Series are non-refundable and non-transferable because of such changes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn, or any skincare products unless they are damaged. Should you need to return a purchase, please do so within 7 days to receive a store credit towards your next purchase.
The minimum age to experience Aloha Spa & Wellness service offerings are as follows: 13 years old for any classes; 16 years old for facials, body scrubs, and reflexology; 18 years old for massage, acupuncture and healing modalities. Any child who is under the minimum age requirement can experience our services with the discretion of the Spa Director if his or her parent or guardian is present. Massage therapies are not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, and due to the risks involved we are unable to perform these services.
