Private lessons are an excellent way to address your personal concerns and help deepen your practice. In a one-on-one environment, you are able to ask questions and work on specific health conditions. Plus, the schedule is tailored to you.
For our new students, your instructor will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques, selecting postures designed to meet your specific needs, and offering hands on adjustments to ensure that you develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice.
For our more advanced students, explore specific areas of interest, work on mastering more advanced postures or learn to overcome any fears that might be holding your practice back.
For all students, working with a private instructor and developing a customized daily practice can improve the quality of your life.
